This is the reservation form for charter equipment for the 2018 Kona Worlds in Clearwater. It's separate from the actual event registration form, which can be found here.

The charter fee for a full Kona kit at the event is $325 ($200 if you only need a board or a rig). The early deadline for reservations is July 8, 2018. The fee goes up $50 if your reservation is received between July 9 and September 1, and $100 if it's received before October 1 (final deadline).
